Teddy Bridgewater Has Underwhelming Game Against Washington
3 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater failed to take advantage of a Washington Football Team defense that had been very generous to opposing QBs for much of the season. Bridgewater completed just 19 of his 26 passing attempts for 213 yards and one touchdown in the 17-10 victory in Week 8. The good news is that he didn't turn the ball over at all after coming into this game with five interceptions and a fumble lost in the previous three games, which were all losses. Bridgewater helped Denver end their four-game losing streak after a 3-0 start to the season, but his performance left a lot to be desired. The 28-year-old has plenty of weapons in this offense, but he hasn't really produced, other than in garbage time and against weak opponents, for his fantasy managers as a low-end QB2.
