Taylor Moore An Intriguing Option At Mexican Open
Taylor Moore has found success early in 2025, recording three top-25 finishes, including two top-10s in his first five events of the year. He now looks ahead to the Mexican Open, where his lone result at this event was a missed cut last year. This course favors players who are long off the tee and proficient with long irons, as 63.5% of all approach shots came from 175-plus yards at this event last year. Moore certainly fits the bill, averaging 310 yards with his driver and ranking inside the top 30 in both strokes gained off the tee and strokes gained from tee to green. To find success this weekend, Moore will need to hit greens in regulation, and he ranks in the 68th percentile from 200-plus yards in this category.
