T.J. Hockenson Goes Off For Season-High 134 Yards, Finds End Zone
1 year agoFantasy managers were worried about Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson's rest-of-season fantasy value when quarterback Kirk Cousins went down with a season-ending Achilles injury in Week 8. But little did they know, Hockenson would post the best stat line of the season just two weeks later in quarterback Joshua Dobbs' first start with the team in Week 10 against the New Orleans Saints. The 26-year-old tied his season-high with 11 receptions on a season-high 15 targets for a season-high 134 receiving yards and his fourth touchdown of the year in Sunday's 27-19 win. Hockenson has quickly developed some strong chemistry with Dobbs and will maintain high-end TE1 fantasy value moving forward, although the impending return of All-Pro receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) will undoubtedly take some targets away.
