Ryan Tannehill Done At Least For Rest Of Regular Season
Ryan Tannehill (ankle) will be out for at least the rest of the regular season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The veteran underwent surgery on a high-ankle sprain after getting banged up in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. There's a chance the signal-caller could return for the postseason. However, Schefter reported that it's a "long shot," so it's reasonable to assume Tannehill won't be back until next year. Malik Willis is expected to be under center for the remainder of the 2022-23 campaign, meaning Tannehill can be dropped from fantasy rosters. The rookie has thrown 177 yards and a pick while completing just 44.7% of his throws this season. As a result, Willis isn't recommended in any fantasy setup, despite his ability to get things done on the run.
