Denver Nuggets guard/forward Spencer Jones (ankle, illness) will not play on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks. He's dealing with inflammation in his right ankle and an illness. Jones has been a regular starter for Denver since late November. The team has several options to replace him in the starting unit, including Aaron Gordon, Tim Hardaway Jr., and Bruce Brown (knee), who has shaken off a questionable tag.--Taavi Pailk
