Ryan Palmer is set to tee it up in this week's Valero Texas Open. The Texan has mixed results in his previous Valero starts. Palmer has missed the cut in his last two visits to TPC San Antonio, but ran off a stretch of three consecutive top-six finishes between 2015 and 2017. The veteran closed out 2020 in sharp form and has carried that momentum into this year, posting a runner-up finish at the Farmers Insurance Open and a T17 at THE PLAYERS Championship.
