Ronald Jones II Says He's Good
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Ronald Jones II (quadriceps) said he's all good and is already feeling better than last week when he was questionable heading into the Divisional Round against the Saints. Jones couldn't get loose during pre-game warmups before the wild-card win against Washington and didn't play at all in that contest, but he returned last Sunday and carried the ball 13 times for 62 yards in the 30-20 win over New Orleans. However, he saw four fewer carries than Leonard Fournette. The 23-year-old appears to be close to full health at this point, but his workload should be a concern for those that roster him in the NFC Championship, as Jones and Fournette appear headed for a 50-50 split in touches. Fournette had five catches on six targets for 44 yards and a touchdown against the Saints, too, while Jones missed his only aerial target.
