Robbie Anderson Plays Just 12 Snaps In Cardinals Debut
2 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Robbie Anderson, who was acquired from the Carolina Panthers on Monday, wasn't expected to be a big part of the offense in his debut with the team on Thursday Night Football against the New Orleans Saints. In the 42-34 win, Anderson played just 12 offensive snaps and failed to catch his only target from quarterback Kyler Murray. He served as the No. 4 receiver behind DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore and Greg Dortch. The 29-year-old should slowly see his involvement in the offense increase as he gets more familiar with the playbook, but it's hard to envision him producing consistent numbers for fantasy managers on a weekly basis. Anderson is mostly bench depth in deeper leagues.
