8/17:New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead (knee) is dealing with a slight tear in his knee, but it's believed to be a minor injury and something that he will be able to play through. The Patriots are being cautious with him in the preseason. Burkhead has missed the last four days of practice and has yet to play in a preseason game. While he should be ready for Week 1, this is definitely concerning for a player that played in only 10 games last year due to injury. He should be the most used back in New England's committee, but he's more of a risk as an RB3/flex target. If you can handcuff James White to him, he'd be more attractive.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
