Rangers Listening To Offers For Lance Lynn
4 years agoThe Texas Rangers are listening to trade offers for starting pitcher Lance Lynn. USA TODAY's Bob Nightengale reported two weeks ago that rival executives fully expect the Rangers to deal the 33-year-old right-hander this offseason. He's entering the final year of his three-year, $30 million deal and could be a very nice one-season rental for a team in search of some experienced starting pitching. The Rangers are in rebuild mode and Lynn had a nice 3.32 ERA with a 1.06 WHIP in 13 starts during the shortened 2020 season. Lynn could be even more attractive with a winning ballclub in a new venue.
