The Las Vegas Raiders fired defensive coordinator Paul Guenther after their Week 14 loss to the Colts on Sunday. Rod Marinelli will take over as the interim defensive coordinator. Las Vegas lost to Indianapolis 44-27, the second time they allowed 40-plus points in the last three weeks. The 49-year-old Guenther was in his third season as the team's defensive coordinator. The Raiders defense has allowed 35 points or more in three losses out of their last four games. They've allowed 40-plus points in a game three times in 2020. Marinelli, 71, spent six seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys. The Raiders were 28th in the league in scoring defense coming into Week 14. Fantasy managers should avoid the Raiders defense at all costs in Week 15 against the Chargers on Thursday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
