According to ESPN's Rich Cimini, New York Jets defensive lineman Quinnen Williams and the team aren't close to a new deal. The 25-year-old is coming off a stellar season, totaling 55 tackles (35 solo) and two forced fumbles. He also had a career-high 12 sacks and made his first Pro Bowl. He already made it known he won't report for voluntary workouts. However, the Jets have Williams' rights for this season and can utilize the franchise tag in 2024, so the organization has some leverage. But considering New York has Super Bowl aspirations, remaining in a stalemate with the All-Pro isn't ideal.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBallerRead More News
