Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (hamstring) was added to the team's Thursday injury report and listed as a limited practice participant, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. A mid-week addition to the injury report is never a good sign, as it could indicate that Pittman Jr. suffered the injury during practice. Pittman Jr. is off to an excellent start to the season with 21 catches for 234 yards and three touchdowns on 29 targets through four games. If he is unable to play in Week 5 against the Las Vegas Raiders, Colts wide receivers Josh Downs and Adonai Mitchell would both be in line for more targets. Indianapolis wideout Alec Pierce (concussion) missed Week 4 with a concussion, but he's logged two full practices so far this week and would factor in as well if he can suit up in Week 5.--Will Brady

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, but is still in the concussion protocol. Pierce missed the Colts' Week 4 game against the Rams after slamming his head into the ground on a leaping catch in their Week 3 win over the Titans. A full practice on the team's first practice of the week is a positive sign for Pierce's chances to suit up on Sunday, but he ultimately must clear concussion protocol before anything can be decided. Pierce was off to a strong start in the first three games of the season, catching nine of 13 targets for 171 yards. He continues to be one of the league's most dynamic deep threats, and his 19 yards per reception ranks second-highest in the league, only behind Jameson Williams. Pierce is likely only relevant in deeper leagues for Week 5.--Kyle McCarthy

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs is being used "all over the field," according to the offensive coordinator for the Colts, Jim Bob Cooter. Downs has been able to "line up on the outside as well as the slot," showcasing his versatility on the field and being an option for quarterback Daniel Jones in the passing game. So far through the four weeks of the season, Downs has yet to have a breakout game, topping 50 receiving yards only once, and has yet to find the endzone. However, hearing Cooter speak about Downs, the Colts may be looking to get Downs more involved in the passing game down the stretch. With bye weeks coming up and injuries being inevitable, Downs could be a nice bench stash for the time being in deeper leagues, especially if he continues to lineup all over the field and we see his targets increase per game. However, at this time, we have not seen it happen on the field, so until then, Downs should remain out of starting lineups in most standard formats. The Colts play the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 6, so look for Downs to be more involved than he has been against a poor Raiders defense that has allowed the third-most points to the wide receiver position.--Nicho Roessler

Indianapolis Colts running back DJ Giddens has been quiet so far in his rookie season. The rookie did not receive a touch nor draw a target while playing on just 7% of the snaps in a Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. That being said, fellow backfield mate Tyler Goodson injured his groin during the loss to the Rams and could be in line to miss some time. If that happens, Giddens would stand to benefit as the team's clear-cut RB2 and would gain some fantasy value as a handcuff to star running back Jonathan Taylor. Giddens sets up as a must-roster for those with Taylor on their fantasy squads heading into a Week 5 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren has been an excellent addition to his team's offense in 2025. The rookie found the end zone for the first time in his young career on a two-yard run in the second quarter of a 27-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3. Warren is leading the Colts in receiving thus far, hauling in 19 passes for 263 yards through four games. He will remain a no-brainer TE1 in fantasy heading into a Week 5 home matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. has enjoyed a big bounce-back this season after struggling through his 2024 campaign. Pittman has now caught a touchdown in three of his four contests while drawing 29 targets over that span and leading the Colts' wide receivers with 234 receiving yards. Pittman should stay hot as he will host the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 5. Pittman has settled in as an every-week WR3 in fantasy and should be fired up across all leagues for his matchup against the Raiders.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen said that wide receiver Adonai Mitchell is "going to have to earn" more opportunities going forward after his costly fumble in the team's Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Mitchell recorded three catches for 96 yards on four targets against Los Angeles, but dropped the ball just before crossing the goal line on what should have been a 70-plus-yard touchdown. The 22-year-old has logged seven catches for 137 yards on 12 targets through four games this season. He saw increased playing time in Week 4 with Colts wideout Alec Pierce (concussion) sidelined. If Pierce returns for the team's Week 5 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, Mitchell could have a hard time getting on the field.--Will Brady

Indianapolis Colts running back Tyler Goodson (groin) exited Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Los Angeles Rams and was unable to return. He finished the game with just one touch -- a zero-yard reception -- and did not have any returns on special teams. Firmly entrenched as the No. 3 running back in Indianapolis, Goodson has no fantasy appeal as long as Jonathan Taylor is healthy. If he misses any time, Ameer Abdullah would likely step up as the No. 3 running back behind Taylor and D.J. Giddens.--Andersen Pickard

The Indianapolis Colts defense has been solid through the first three weeks of the season, allowing just 18.7 points per game to opposing offenses. They will look to keep it going in a Week 4 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have yet to hit their stride on offense this season as they are allowing the 13th-most fantasy points per game to opposing D/STs. That being said, this still sets up as a tough road matchup for Indy, making them a low-end fantasy option heading into Sunday's slate of games.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts kicker Spencer Shrader has been busy to start the year, hitting 11 of his 12 field-goal attempts and all 10 of his extra-point tries. The veteran kicker will look to keep it going in a Week 4 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have been generous to fantasy kickers thus far, allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. The Colts have employed one of the best offenses in the league through three games and Shrader should continue to see plenty of point-scoring chances heading into Week 4. Treat him as a top-12 fantasy kicker this weekend.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren will look to continue a hot start to his rookie season in a Week 4 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. Warren has caught 14 passes for 193 yards through three games as he and Michael Pittman Jr. have been the focal points for Daniel Jones in the passing attack. The Rams represent a decent matchup for Warren as they are allowing the 18th-most fantasy points per game to tight ends this year. Warren sets up as a top-eight fantasy tight end heading into Week 4.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell has been quiet through the first three games of the season, catching just four passes for 41 scoreless yards thus far. He has a chance to earn more work in Week 4, however, as Alec Pierce (concussion) has already been ruled out after suffering a concussion in Week 3. Mitchell will slide into the starting lineup across from Michael Pittman Jr. heading into a Week 4 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. While it is a risky move for managers, Mitchell is on the board as a boom/bust flex option in fantasy heading into Sunday's games.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs is off to a quiet start to the season, catching 10 passes for 97 scoreless yards through three games. As emerging as the Colts' top option in 2024, the slot receiver has taken a backseat to Michael Pittman Jr. and Tyler Warren in the team's passing attack with quarterback Daniel Jones under center. That being said, he could see more work come his way with Alec Pierce (concussion) already ruled out for Week 4. Downs will look to get on track in a road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. The Rams are allowing the 14th-most fantasy points per game to receivers this season. Downs sets up as a middling flex option in fantasy this weekend with the hope that he sees more targets with Pierce unavailable.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. has emerged as the favorite target of new quarterback Daniel Jones through the first three weeks of the season. Pittman has been excellent thus far, catching 16 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns, easily pacing the Colts in all three categories. The veteran wideout will look to keep it going in a Week 4 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have been decent against wideouts this season, allowing the 14th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Pittman should remain the focal point of the Indy offense as they look to improve to 4-0 on the year. He sets up as a high-end WR3/flex option in Week 4.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts running back DJ Giddens has become an afterthought in his team's offense. The rookie saw 12 carries in Week 1 but has handled just one touch in the two games since, as Indy has leaned heavily on starter Jonathan Taylor. The return to health of Tyler Goodson has also cut into Giddens' workload as the former is now over a preseason elbow injury. It appears that Goodson is still behind Giddens for now, as he saw four snaps to Giddens' eight in Week 3, but his return to health muddies the backup running-back role in Indianapolis. For now, Giddens remains the better stash in case of injury to Taylor, but neither he nor Goodson is a must-roster heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.--Matt Terelle
