Washington Commanders All-Pro wide receiver Terry McLaurin has made it clear to the team that he's frustrated with the lack of progress on a potential long-term contract extension, sources tell FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. After initially attending voluntary organized team activities, McLaurin unexpectedly left the workouts, and it remains to be seen whether he'll report for mandatory minicamp this month. Talks have been minimal on an extension with the 29-year-old heading into the final year of his three-year, $68.2 million contract. Schultz write that it's a surprise that Washington hasn't prioritized a new deal for McLaurin so that he can continue developing chemistry with second-year quarterback Jayden Daniels. McLaurin's fantasy stock is on the rise after an 82-1,096-13 line in 17 regular-season games with Daniels in 2024, but a lengthy holdout could negatively impact his start to the 2025 campaign. Stay tuned.--Keith HernandezSource: FOX Sports - Jordan Schultz

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez (knee) isn't expected to return from his knee injury until November. Rodriguez made it through 10 games (six starts) for Detroit in 2024 in his third year in the league before tearing his ACL against the Chicago Bears and going on season-ending Injured Reserve. Before the serious knee injury, the 26-year-old had 43 tackles (27 solo), two sacks, and a fumble recovery. With Rodriguez's injury coming late in the season, he's not going to be ready for the start of the 2025 campaign and will just be hoping to rejoin the club in the second half of the season. Rodriguez has a total of 151 tackles (102 solo), three sacks, 10 tackles for loss, five QB hits, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in his three NFL seasons and will remain off the IDP fantasy radar.--Keith HernandezSource: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that running back Jahmyr Gibbs has stood out this spring during voluntary organized team activities. This news really shouldn't surprise anyone. Gibbs, who was taken 12th overall in the 2023 NFL draft, has made the Pro Bowl in each of his two NFL seasons and took a step forward in 2024 with 250 rushing attempts, 1,412 rushing yards and a league-leading 16 rushing touchdowns, adding 52 receptions for the second straight season, 517 receiving yards and four receiving TDs in 17 regular-season games (four starts). Gibbs' increased production had a lot to do with David Montgomery missing time with a knee injury, but even with a healthy Montgomery stealing touches away from Gibbs in Detroit's backfield, the 23-year-old is so explosive and efficient that he'll remain a high-end RB1 in fantasy.--Keith HernandezSource: DetroitLions.com - Tim Twentyman

The Baltimore Ravens and wide receiver Rashod Bateman agreed to a three-year, $36.75 million contract extension on Thursday that includes $20 million guaranteed, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. It's the second straight year that Bateman and the Ravens agreed to an extension after the team gave him a two-year, $12.87 million deal that ran through 2026 last April. Baltimore is rewarding the 25-year-old former 27th overall pick again a year later after his most productive season as a pro in 2024 after he caught 45 of his 72 targets for 756 yards and nine touchdowns in 17 regular-season games (14 starts) in his fourth year in the NFL. It was a nice showing, but Bateman's fantasy ceiling remains rather low with Zay Flowers serving as the WR1 in a run-first offense. The Ravens also now have veteran DeAndre Hopkins, which means Bateman will likely be a boom/bust fantasy commodity.--Keith HernandezSource: NFL Network - Mike Garofolo

The Los Angeles Chargers announced on Wednesday that they signed outside linebacker Bud Dupree to a one-year contract extension worth $6 million. Dupree will be rewarded after a good first season in L.A. with 28 tackles (18 solo), six sacks, six tackles for loss, 10 QB hits, his second career interception, two pass breakups and a forced fumble in 17 regular-season games (no starts). The former 22nd overall selection by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2015 NFL draft out of Kentucky will return for a second season with the Bolts in 2025. The 32-year-old will try to help make up for the loss of pass-rusher Joey Bosa, who left in free agency in the offseason. Dupree had his most productive season in 2019 with the Steelers, when he recorded a career-high 11.5 sacks and 68 total tackles. Fantasy managers in IDP formats can ignore Dupree.--Keith HernandezSource: Los Angeles Chargers

The San Francisco 49ers announced on Tuesday that they placed wide receiver Trent Taylor (undisclosed) on Injured Reserve and signed receiver Malik Knowles to an undisclosed one-year deal in a corresponding move. It's unclear exactly what Taylor's injury is, but he's now expected to miss the entire 2025 season. The 31-year-old former fifth-round pick (177th overall) in 2017 out of Louisiana Tech spent the first three years of his career in the Bay Area before going to the Cincinnati Bengals for two years and the Chicago Bears in 2023. In just two games in his return to the Niners last season, Taylor caught his only target for an 11-yard pickup. Taylor has been a depth piece in his career and has a total of 88 receptions for 845 yards and only three touchdowns on 138 targets over 80 games played (three starts) since debuting in 2017.--Keith HernandezSource: 49ers.com

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed free-agent wide receiver Trenton Irwin to an undisclosed deal on Wednesday, according to KPRC 2 Sports' Aaron Wilson. Irwin will head to the AFC South after spending the first six seasons of his NFL career playing for the Cincinnati Bengals. The 29-year-old former undrafted free agent out of Stanford debuted in 2019 and has a total of 46 catches for 601 yards and five touchdowns on 72 targets in 41 games (nine starts) over his six seasons. In seven games (two starts) in his final season in Cincy, he had three receptions for 15 yards. Irwin won't be guaranteed a 53-man roster spot heading into the 2025 regular season and therefore must impress the coaching staff during training camp and the preseason. He'll be competing for a depth role behind Brian Thomas Jr., Dyami Brown, and rookie first-rounder Travis Hunter.--Keith HernandezSource: KPRC 2 Sports - Aaron Wilson

Former Los Angeles Chargers running back J.K. Dobbins is headed to Denver on Wednesday night to have dinner with coaches and to visit the Broncos facility on Thursday, a source tells NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Dobbins, who was originally taken 55th overall in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft by the Baltimore Ravens out of Ohio State, had a career-best 905 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns on 195 rushing attempts in his lone season with the Chargers in 2024, adding a career-high 32 catches for 153 additional yards in 13 regular-season games (11 starts). If the Broncos were to sign the 26-year-old, it would put a damper on second-round rookie RB RJ Harvey's first-year fantasy value. Dobbins, given his extensive injury history, would almost certainly work alongside Harvey and Jaleel McLaughlin in a committee backfield if he lands in Denver.--Keith HernandezSource: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Michael Mayer is in tremendous shape and has been a standout performer at OTAs this offseason, according to team reporter Vincent Bonsignore. Mayer was a second-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft after a fantastic career at Notre Dame, but he has not had the impact many hoped for when he began his professional career. Injuries, poor quarterback play, and the team's selection of Brock Bowers in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft have led to little production through his first two seasons. Overall, the 25-year-old has hauled in 48 receptions for 460 yards and two touchdowns. A potential Year 3 improvement would be great for the Raiders' 12-personnel groupings, but it would be a surprise if Mayer ends up on the fantasy football radar if Bowers stays healthy. The ideal outcome for Mayer's fantasy value is a trade to another team.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: Vincent Bonsignore

The Jacksonville Jaguars released running back Keilan Robinson on Wednesday, according to NFL insider Jeremy Fowler. Robinson was a fifth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of Texas and played in six games during his rookie season. He did not log a touch on offense, but he returned two kickoffs for 34 total yards. With Tank Bigsby, Travis Etienne Jr., and rookies Bhayshul Tuten and LeQuint Allen on the roster, he became expendable to the new front offense. Robinson logged just 156 total touches from scrimmage in college and hasn't proven anything yet in his short NFL career. He's likely a safe drop candidate in dynasty formats, and it would be a surprise if he's on the fantasy football radar in 2025 if he's picked up by a new team.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: Jeremy Fowler
