Chig Okonkwo Building Chemistry with Cam Ward
Chig Okonkwo is reportedly looking good in recent open practices. Okonkwo has caught the most passes during OTAs and appears to be building a strong chemistry with rookie quarterback Cam Ward. The former fourth-round pick hasn't been too successful over his first three seasons. Over the last two years, Okonkwo has hauled in 50-plus receptions and under 550 receiving yards both seasons. The Titans don't have a ton of competition at tight end, so Okonkwo should remain the top option at that position. We could possibly be looking at a breakout campaign if these two continue building chemistry.Source: Jim Wyatt
Tennessee Titans tight end Cowboys Add Perrion Winfrey.
Source: Tommy Yarrish
Per the team, the Dallas Cowboys have signed defensive lineman Perrion Winfrey to an undisclosed contract. Defensive tackle Justin Rogers was waived in a corresponding move. Winfrey was a former fourth-round pick of the Cleveland Browns in the 2022 NFL Draft, but he spent just one season with the team. He appeared in 13 games that year, notching 22 tackles, a tackle for loss, and half a sack, but suited up just once more for the Jets in 2023. In October of 2024, the UFL's Birmingham Stallions signed the Oklahoma product, who would be named to the 2025 All-UFL team after recording 29 tackles, two for loss, and a sack with the squad. Winfrey will look to carve out a rotational role on Dallas' defensive front.Jake Ferguson Hindered by Knee Issue in 2024

Ravens "Hopeful" Emery Jones Jr. Will be Ready for Training Camp
Source: The Baltimore Sun - Brian Wacker
Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said he's "hopeful" that rookie offensive lineman Emery Jones Jr. (shoulder) will be available "at some point" during training camp this summer. Jones has been dealing with a shoulder injury and has been unable to take part in offseason practices as he gets ready for his first year in the NFL. The 21-year-old third-rounder out of LSU has already lost valuable development time this spring and doesn't look likely to be ready for the start of training camp. When he's cleared to join the rest of his teammates, Jones figures to be competing for playing time at right guard on Baltimore's offensive line. The 6-foot-5, 315-pounder might be eased into a role in his first year in the NFL, but at the very least, he should be pushing for playing time at some point in 2025.Andy Reid Impressed by Tyquan Thornton

Shedeur Sanders has Multiple Speeding Tickets
Shedeur Sanders' citation for driving 101 mph came less than two weeks after another speeding ticket that he got in the Cleveland area, and he failed to appear in court just hours before being ticketed for speeding this week. Sanders notable went from potentially being a top-five pick in this year's NFL draft to falling all the way to 144th overall in the fifth round to the Browns. The 23-year-old former Colorado star looked decisive and accurate during offseason workouts, but these off-the-field missteps won't go over well as he merely works to convince the Browns this year that he's working keeping around beyond his rookie season. It's unlikely to result in a suspension in 2025, but Sanders clearly has a lot of maturing to do both on and off the field.Source: The Cleveland Plain Dealer - Alex Darus
The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Alex Darus reveals that Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Chiefs Not Looking to Limit Travis Kelce's Snap Count
Travis Kelce's snaps this year or make concessions to his age (35) after he briefly contemplated retirement in the offseason. "I'm not feeling that," Reid said. "It would be similar to last year I would imagine as it goes. So, he's in great shape right now, so I think he's looking forward to getting going." However, Reid said he will continue to monitor Kelce as training camp and the regular season progress and makes changes if necessary. Kelce had the third-highest snap count and ran the fourth-most routes of his career in 2024, which bodes well for him staying heavily involved in the offense in 2025. However, the 10-time Pro Bowler and four-time All-Pro's numbers took another dip (97-823-3 line in 16 regular-season starts), making it clear that his ceiling probably is no longer as an elite, high-end fantasy TE1.Source: ESPN.com - Adam Teicher
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said he's not inclined to limit tight end Josh Simmons Will be Ready for Training Camp
Patrick Mahomes' blind side. Simmons may not win the job outright heading into Week 1, but he's the future at the position for KC.Source: ESPN.com - Adam Teicher
Kansas City Chiefs rookie first-round offensive tackle Josh Simmons (knee) will be ready for full participation when the team kicks off training camp at the end of July, according to head coach Andy Reid. Simmons missed part of last year while at Ohio State with a torn patellar tendon in his knee, but the Chiefs still liked him enough to take him 32nd overall back in April's NFL draft. He was able to take part in non-contact OTA and minicamp practices, and the Chiefs are looking forward to seeing more from the 22-year-old this summer. Simmons will be competing with free-agent addition Jaylon Moore for the starting left tackle job this year, which means protecting star quarterback Browns Sign UFL Standout Tight End Sal Cannella
Sal Cannella and released Tre' McKitty, the team announced on X on Thursday. After going undrafted out of Auburn in 2020, Cannella has spent time with five NFL organizations, but he has not appeared in an NFL game. However, he's been a standout performer for the Arlington Renegades of the UFL over the last two seasons, totalling 97 receptions for 971 yards and seven touchdowns in 20 games. The 28-year-old has not found a way to stick on an NFL roster, but he's getting another chance entering the 2025 campaign. It would be a surprise if he makes a fantasy football impact based on what we've seen thus far, especially in a Cleveland tight end room that already has David Njoku and Harold Fannin Jr.Source: Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns signed tight end Steelers Release Jonathan Ward
Jonathan Ward on Thursday, the team announced on X. After signing with the organization last offseason, Ward spent the 2024 campaign rotating between the active roster and the practice squad. He appeared in four contests, totaling five carries for 22 yards. The undrafted free agent in 2020 out of Central Michigan has spent time with the Arizona Cardinals, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, and Steelers during his five-year NFL career, compiling 91 rushing yards and 52 receiving yards with one total touchdown. The 27-year-old could find his way on an active roster for another team, but he'll likely have to make his mark on special teams.Source: Steelers On X

Robert Rochell Agrees on One-Year Deal With Cowboys
Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter
Free-agent cornerback Robert Rochell agreed on an undisclosed one-year deal with the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday, according to his agent, Kevin Conner. Rochell initially signed with the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason before they let him right after the NFL draft in late April. The 27-year-old was originally a fourth-rounder (130th overall) by the Los Angeles Rams in 2021 out of Central Arkansas. He spent his first two NFL seasons in L.A. before playing for the Green Bay Packers each of the last two seasons. Rochell will battle for a depth role in Dallas' secondary this summer in training camp. He played in 11 games (no starts) with the Packers last year and finished with only two solo tackles and a fumble recovery. Rochell has a total of 25 tackles (22 solo), one interception, four pass breakups and three fumble recoveries in 48 games (five starts) in his four seasons.Seth Green Signs With Saints
Seth Green signed an undisclosed deal with the New Orleans Saints on Wednesday, according to his agent, Warren Verrett III. Green spent the last two years playing for the Arlington Renegades of the UFL and will now join the Saints as tight end depth entering training camp this summer. The 27-year-old former Minnesota product caught 13 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown this year for Arlington. He played for the Gophers in college from 2017 to 2020 before transferring to Houston. Green was mostly a wildcat option on offense at Minnesota and ran for 388 yards and 15 touchdowns in 33 games played. Green went undrafted out of college in 2022 before signing with the Houston Texans, but he was cut at the end of training camp that year.Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter
