The Green Bay Packers defense yielded 20 points to the Detroit Lions, recorded one sack, and forced a fumble they failed to recover during their Week 18 loss. The defense came crashing back to earth after three weeks of dominance from Weeks 15-17, where they recorded nine sacks and nine turnovers, ultimately costing them their chance at the playoffs. Green Bay's defense was ravaged by injuries this season, and with the offense playing well under expectation, they were tough to trust for the majority of the fantasy season. Fantasy managers will remember the amazing run during the fantasy playoffs, but overall, the defense underwhelmed for fantasy purposes most of the year.
