Noah Gray 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook: Battling For TE2 Duties in Kansas City
6 months agoKansas City Chiefs tight end Noah Gray enters his fourth NFL season having never missed a game in his career. Working behind Travis Kelce, Gray caught 28-of-41 targets for 305 yards and a pair of touchdowns last year. But even with Kelce's early injury, Gray never had a top-12 PPR week last season. His catch rate also slipped from 82% in 2022 to 68% last year. And now he'll compete with rookie Jared Wiley for TE2 reps, which should be a taller task than outworking Blake Bell. Travis Kelce insists that his workload won't be managed in his age-35 season but even if it is, KC's improved wide receiver room could leave less for the ancillary TE options. Gray is the TE42 in PPR and RotoBaller's TE47, meaning he can be left alone on draft day.
