2 years agoBrooklyn Nets center Nicolas Claxton (hamstring) is expected to play on Saturday against the 76ers. Claxton has had a fantastic season, averaging a career-high 13.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks. However, he didn't play in Thursday's win over the Chicago Bulls because of right hamstring soreness, allowing Day'Ron Sharpe to enter the starting lineup and finish two points shy of a double-double. Although Claxton has done enough for fantasy managers to be a routine starter, he'll have to contend with Joel Embiid. But with Embiid dealing with lingering foot soreness of late, there's a chance he may not be available.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
