Nick Taylor has had a very nice beginning to 2025. He won at the Sony Open. The Canadian golfer also has two other Top 25 results including at Scottsdale last week. Despite this, Taylor may not enjoy the inclement weather much over the first day or so this week. He just did not make enough putts to contend in his previous two tournaments. Again, rain and some gusty winds could play havoc off the tee for Taylor. The key will be around the green. Taylor has gained nearly a stroke (0.966 - 8th) in 2025 so far. With his putting metrics near the Top 50, a weekend surge is possible. For Taylor, the trick may be weathering Thursday and early Friday. For that reason, maybe fading from a DFS standpoint is wise. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
