11 months agoCharlotte Hornets power forward Marvin Williams scored only eight points in 30 minutes on Tuesday against the Cavs, but he was sharp defensively, getting a season-high three steals and registering his first block of the month. Williams had at least one block in all but two games in October, but he hasn't offered the same kind of defensive presence in November. It's not really his job either, although with him shooting less than 30 percent from deep for the season, maybe he should strongly consider switching his focus. Williams was an ugly 2-for-7 from deep against Cleveland and he likely won't do much better in the next game either, as the Sixers are a top-six team in defending the arc, limiting the opposition to 33.3 percent.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
