Martin Truex Jr. and the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing car have enjoyed some solid numbers at the speedway. This week, he begins 12th on the 1.5-mile tri-oval. It does not seem like he is the fastest during these longer final stages but he is fast enough. The 107 laps this week will be a bit of a trek. Truex Jr. has the second best average finish of 7.17 only behind Brad Keselowski. Truex Jr. likes more high-wear tracks but Vegas seems to suit him a little. He might have to feel out the Next-Gen car early but expect his runs to get faster as the race goes along. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
