Los Angeles Rams linebacker Mark Barron (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday, and head coach Sean McVay expects Barron to make his season debut in Week 5 against the Seahawks. Barron's return will surely help shore up the team's run defense and defense against tight ends. He will likely be eased back into a full-time role, however, so it might not be wise to immediately start him in IDP leagues. The 28-year-old has tallied 100-plus tackles in two of three seasons with the Rams and had 86 tackles a year ago in just 14 games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
