Luke Clanton A Player To Watch At Sony Open
It may not be long before Luke Clanton is routinely listed as one of the high-priced golfers on DraftKings. The 21-year-old Florida State Seminole rose to the world's top amateur golfer in August of 2024 and has turned heads in his seven PGA Tour appearances since. Clanton made the cut in six of those starts and notched four finishes inside of the top-10, most notably a pair of T2 results at the John Deere Classic and The RSM Classic. He could be in line for another strong performance at Waialae Country Club, as he ranks 22nd in driving accuracy, ninth on approach, second in opportunities gained, and first in birdie-or-better percentage over the last 36 rounds. Fantasy managers should take advantage of the value Clanton offers at his $8,400 salary.
