Kyle Tucker Still Out Monday
3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker (foot) remains out of the starting lineup on Monday against the Oakland Athletics. Tucker was removed from the game early on Saturday against the Seattle Mariners with left foot pain and hasn't played since. The Astros don't think he'll need to go on the injured list, so fantasy managers could have him back as early as Tuesday. The 25-year-old left-handed slugger is hitting .239/.335/.439 with eight home runs, 29 RBI, 17 runs scored and nine stolen bases in 155 at-bats for the 'Stros this year. His power-speed combination makes him a must-start fantasy asset. Chas McCormick is in right field and is hitting seventh on Monday against A's right-hander Paul Blackburn. McCormick does have four homers in 36 games this year, but he's hitting just .218 in 130 plate appearances.
