Kyle Larson led 263 of the 303 laps during the Drydene 400 and looked poised to continue to lead. However, a pit stop ended up being his undoing. He came out of the pits in second place behind Alex Bowman. From there, he never got close enough to challenge his Hendrick Motorsports Racing teammate. Larson finished just over two seconds behind Bowman.
