Kirk Cousins Wants To Scramble More
4 years agoMinnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins expressed a desire to use his legs more often in 2020. "I'm not going to say I'm Michael Vick, but I do have enough athleticism to make more plays with my feet," Cousins said. The signal-caller turned 32 years old on Wednesday, but he does have 15 career rushing touchdowns in eight seasons in the NFL. He might be forced to scramble more often if the passing game doesn't step up in the absence of Stefon Diggs, but we wouldn't expect a big improvement in Cousins' rushing TDs (he has just two in the last two years with Minnesota). A Pro Bowler for the second time in his career in 2019, Cousins makes for a solid fantasy backup or QB2 in superflex leagues.
