Kerryon Johnson Scores, Leaves Game With Knee Injury
6 years agoDetroit Lions running back Kerryon Johnson (knee) was forced to leave Sunday's game against the Panthers and was unable return. However, before his departure, he had a solid showing, rushing for 87 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries. He also caught two passes for 10 yards. The statistical output is great to see, especially in a close game and the Lions without Marvin Jones; although, it is to be seen if the rookie's knee injury is serious. The Lions have a short week as they host the Bears on Thursday, so pay close attention to the injury reports this week to understand his outlook.
