Kendre Miller Activated Ahead Of Week 6
2 months agoNew Orleans Saints running back Kendre Miller (hamstring) has been activated off the injured reserve ahead of the Week 6 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Miller is set to make his season debut on Sunday after missing the first five games due to a hamstring issue. It'll be interesting to see how the Saints get Miller involved in their rushing attack. Alvin Kamara figures to continue getting the bulk of the carries, which leaves Jamaal Williams and Miller with only a few touches. Possibly, the Saints go with a run-heavy approach now that quarterback Derek Carr (oblique) is sidelined. That could give Miller more value, but for now he's worth stashing but not someone that should be started with Kamara healthy.
