Kareem Hunt Expected To Be In Mix For Sunday
4 years agoCleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt (groin) is likely to play in Sunday’s contest versus the Cowboys. Hunt had been limited in practice throughout the week, but that won’t appear to be enough to keep him sidelined during what should be a high-scoring affair in Dallas. Having accrued receiving touchdowns in each of the past two weeks, Hunt will continue to make up an explosive backfield duo alongside Nick Chubb, one in which both players have managed to benefit. It’s unknown how Hunt’s ailment may affect his snap count, but after appearing in fewer than 50 percent of the team’s plays each of the first three weeks, it would be a surprise to see that number take a jump after a week of limited appearances. But for those that rely upon Hunt as an RB2 or FLEX in season-long formats, it should be all green lights to kickoff.
