New York Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hamstring) is expected to be active for Week 2 against the Carolina Panthers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. Toney underwhelmed in last week's season opener, playing just seven snaps and registering two touches. Even with Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) sidelined, it's impossible to justify starting Toney after his Week 1 letdown. Similarly, fellow wide receivers Sterling Shepard and Kenny Golladay shouldn't be started in fantasy football.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
