Justin Thomas finished tied for sixth at last week's Waste Management Phoenix Open, marking his second top-10 finish in his last three tournaments. He is now focusing on preparing for this week's Genesis Invitational, which will be held at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California. It's worth noting that Torrey Pines hosted the Farmers Insurance Open last month, and over 22% of approach shots were taken from distances over 200 yards. Over the past 12 months, Thomas ranks in the 77th percentile for greens in regulation percentage on approach shots from this distance in the fairway.
