Josh Jacobs Enters The Week Healthy
3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs (chest), who suffered a chest injury in the Week 7 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, is not on the injury report for Week 9. It appears that the team's bye in Week 8 did Jacobs a world of good. Injuries have kept the 23-year-old from really hitting his stride so far in 2021, but he will continue to serve as the Raiders lead back, which gives him RB2 utility for fantasy managers. Before his injury in Week 7, Jacobs saw double-digit carries in all four of his games, although he has yet to eclipse 53 yards on the ground in a single game. On the bright side, he has scored in each of his last three games and has five rushing touchdowns in his five games. The Giants have allowed the 10th-most fantasy points per game to RBs this season, so Jacobs will be a fine RB2 target this weekend.
