Josh Downs Has Become A Volume Target
Indianapolis Colts wide receivers Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce are the team's top receivers, but rookie Josh Downs, an undersized yet shifty wideout out of North Carolina, brings a different feel to the receiving corps that has allowed him to become a volume target throughout training camp and the preseason, according to The Athletic's James Boyd. Fantasy managers can expect a lot of chain-moving throws in Downs' direction with rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson running the offense this year. Boyd says not to sleep on Downs in fantasy drafts this fall. The 22-year-old is going to go undrafted in most redraft leagues, but he legitimately has the chance to develop into Richardson's No. 2 target in 2023 behind Pittman. Don't forget his name.
