Josh Allen Limited Wednesday With Sprained Foot
3 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (foot) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday due to the sprained foot that he suffered in the Week 14 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bills are calling Allen day-to-day, so unless he suffers some sort of setback in practice this week, he's trending in the right direction to play this weekend against the Carolina Panthers. If the 25-year-old cannot play in Week 15, Mitchell Trubisky would step in for the start under center. Allen is a must-start QB1 if he's on the field, but fantasy managers may want to temper expectations just a tad if he's active this weekend against Carolina. The Panthers allow the fewest passing yards per game (177.7) and the third-fewest fantasy points per game to QBs.
