Jorge Soler Hits His Third Home Run On Thursday
4 years agoKansas City Royals outfielder Jorge Soler helped lead the team to a route of the Chicago Cubs on Thursday, going 3-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs. The team went on to win the game by a margin of 13-2. The home run was Soler's first of the month and third on the season. He's now slashing .275/.367/.490 on the year. Just about all the Royals bats showed up in the game, with two additional home runs coming from Whit Merrifield and Maikel Franco, while Salvador Perez tallied three hits. It was a much-needed offensive outburst for the Royals, who had lost six straight coming into the game. Keep Soler in your lineup as he'll continue to provide significant power numbers for you throughout the year.
