Philadelphia Eagles running back Jordan Howard is facing a tough matchup in Week 11. The Eagles will host the New England Patriots and their elite defense. In a game where the Eagles offense could struggle to move the ball, Howard's role gives him a concerning floor and not much of a ceiling. He is on the RB2/3 border this week and offers little upside.
