5 years agoIt’s been an up-and-down season for Joonas Korpisalo, who is in his first season as the starting goaltender for the Columbus Blue Jackets but he was aces on Monday night. He’s been excellent now in three of his last four starts and could be finding his groove. Keep in mind that Korpisalo has never produced elite numbers as a backup, but he’s still just 25 years old. He likely won’t play tomorrow in the latter half of the back-to-back nights but he should be in net on Thursday against the Kings and Saturday against the Devils. Both of those should be winnable games for a Blue Jackets club that now has a record of 13-14-6 on the season.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
