Jonathan Taylor Rushes For 95 Yards In Week 8 Loss
1 year agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor had an incredibly efficient outing in the team's 38-27 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Taylor ran for 95 yards on 12 carries, finishing the day with a 7.9 yards per carry average. Despite his efficiency, Taylor didn't have an incredibly impressive fantasy outing. He reeled in just one of his two targets for two receiving yards, and it was fellow running back Zack Moss who punched in the team's lone rushing touchdown in the game. While fantasy managers can be encouraged to see Taylor having success on the ground, the involvement of Moss will continue to lower his ceiling for fantasy production. The Colts face a bottom-five rushing defense in Week 9 when they play the Carolina Panthers, and fantasy managers can expect there to be plenty of opportunity for Taylor to stuff the stat sheet for that contest.
