Texas Rangers outfielder/first baseman Joey Gallo would prefer not to return to playing third base. Gallo believes that third base is the hardest of the positions he has played. This season in 178 plate appearances, Gallo is hitting .200 with 13 home runs and a league-leading 61 strikeouts. Gaining third base eligibility would be a boost to Gallo's fantasy value, but it does not look like it will be happening in the immediate future. Gallo's value is almost entirely based on his power.
