Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed on Monday that he expects Joe Barry to return as the defensive coordinator in 2023 for his third season. LaFleur said he doesn't expect many staff changes after missing the postseason this year. Green Bay's defense finished 17th in the league in points allowed (21.8), 28th in yards allowed per play (5.8) and 23rd in scoring percentage (38.2). They gave up the same amount of points as last year, but they regressed in yards per game, yards per play, scoring percentage and takeaways in 2022. The Packers allowed 20 or fewer points in each of the final five games this year and finished 1-5 in games in which they surrendered 27-plus points. Green Bay's D won't be on the radar in 12-team leagues this fall.--Keith HernandezRead More News
