9 months agoThe New York Jets are hiring former Miami Dolphins head coach Adam Gase on Wednesday to be their next head coach. Gase is best known for coaching Peyton Manning to a record-setting year in Denver, but he pretty much flopped in his time with Miami and wasn't able to get quarterback Ryan Tannehill over the hump in a stagnant and very mediocre offense. He went 23-25 in his three years as the head man with the Dolphins. The hope is that he can continue to develop Sam Darnold moving forward, but the Jets will need to add playmakers around him, and they will certainly have the salary cap space to do so this offseason.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
