Jerry Jeudy Sees Three Targets Against Minnesota
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy saw just three targets in the preseason opener against the Minnesota Vikings last Saturday, catching one pass for 33 yards. Jeudy didn't see much action in the first preseason game, but he was able to gain significant yards after the catch on his lone reception. He was also called for holding, which nullified a touchdown run by rookie Javonte Williams. The 22-year-old Alabama product should benefit from Courtland Sutton's (knee) return this year when he draws No. 2 cornerbacks, but his 113 targets from his rookie year should also come down. Jeudy must also clean up his drops from a season ago, but he has WR2 upside at a WR3 price (35.3 ADP among pass-catchers) if Denver's QB play improves in 2021.
