Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman has been awarded a one-year, $3.475 million contract in salary arbitration. The deal was announced after Swayman had filed for $4.8 million and Boston was offering $2 million. The talented goalie heads into the 2023-24 campaign on the back of an excellent year. Linus Ullmark had a sensational season as Boston's No. 1 between the pipes and won the Vezina Trophy, but Swayman also put up impressive numbers, finishing 24-6-4 and having a 2.27 goals-against average with a .920 save percentage and four shutouts. The Bruins duo also picked up the William M. Jennings Trophy for the fewest goals allowed over the course of the season. Swayman should see plenty of action again behind Ullmark in 2023-24.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
