1 year agoMilwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Jeremy Jeffress has been struggling in the first two games of the NLCS. In Game 1, he managed to only record one out while giving up two hits before he was pulled. He did not get credited with any runs allowed but did not look good. The next day in Game 2, he would last an inning but allowed three hits, a walk and two runs on the eventual game-winning two-run homer by Justin Turner. Jeffress would take the loss and the series is now tied 1-1. Jeffress and the Brewers will now get a travel day Sunday to put the first two games behind them.--Jamie Mellor
