Jeremy Hellickson Throws After Going On Injured List
6 years agoWashington Nationals manager Dave Martinez referred to starting pitcher Jeremy Hellickson's (shoulder) injury as "tendinitis." Hellickson said he felt "OK" after throwing with a doctor's blessing after landing on the injured list on Tuesday. It might be a quick return for the 32-year-old veteran, but fantasy owners should leave him to the waiver wire in most formats. Hellickson is 2-3 with a 6.23 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 30 strikeouts in 39 innings over eight starts in nine outings. There's just not much left in his arm these days.
