5 years agoDallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten, who will be a free agent this month, is not expected to return next season with the team planning to give restricted free-agent tight end Blake Jarwin a second-round tender offer. Witten worked in the broadcast booth in 2018 but returned in 2019 to catch 63 passes for 529 yards and four touchdowns. He isn't running by anybody these days and was just a low-ceiling, touchdown-dependent TE2 for fantasy owners last year. Jarwin should be in the TE1 conversation with his role in the offense expected to grow in 2020, regardless of whether Witten says in Dallas.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
