Jason Dufner and Pat Perez finished at 21-under par, just one shot behind the winning team of Scott Piercy and Billy Horschel. Dufner and Perez shot a four-day total of 66,72,61 and 68, which included a bogey-free Sunday. Dufner, who is not known for his putting prowess, kept the team alive early on Sunday with two 16-foot putts, one for birdie and one for par but the duo faded down the stretch failing to sink a couple of makeable birdie looks. The last opportunity for Dufner and Perez came on the par-five 18th hole, where Dufner came up short on a 14'3" putt that would have forced a playoff. The runner-up finish for Dufner marks his first top-10 result since his 2017 Memorial victory. Dufner will try to carry his positive momentum into this week's Wells Fargo Championship.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
