He is now focusing on preparing for this week's American Express tournament in Palm Springs, California. Historically, Day has performed well at this event, finishing T34 in 2024, T18 in 2023, and T49 in 2022. It's worth noting that over the past 12 months, Day ranks in the 20th percentile for proximity to the hole on approach shots from 150 to 200 yards in the fairway. This is significant because, at last year's American Express, more than 33% of approach shots came from this distance. Given Day's past performances at this event, he could be a solid addition to DFS lineups.
