Montreal Canadiens goaltender Jake Allen left Saturday night's game against the Detroit Red Wings after Dylan Larkin crashed into him. Jeff Petry was pursuing on the play and contact did occur. It is not expected that Allen will return as he will be held out for further evaluation. Allen had stopped all eight shots he had faced before the incident. Samuel Montembeault came in to replace the injured goaltender. Allen was 4-8-1 coming into Saturday night's game against Detroit. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
