5 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder JaCoby Jones (calf) has been working out and running, and the plan is for him to play in a Grapefruit League game on Thursday. Jones should have time to get ready for Opening Day. The 27-year-old hit just .235/.310/.430 with 11 home runs, 26 RBI and seven steals for Detroit in 88 games in 2019. Even though he's expected to see most of the playing time in center field this year, Jones doesn't have much fantasy upside, especially for the rebuilding Tigers.
